The program solicited opinions from listeners based on the theme of 'pork belly'. This project aims to let more people know about locally produced ingredients and to work with listeners to figure out the best recipes to enjoy them. In a short period of about four weeks—from recipe prototyping to radio voting and product sales—they create seasonings that enhance the deliciousness of various ingredients. The 'Samgyeopsal Yangnyeom no Moto' sold this time was developed based on the theme of local Hyogo 'pork belly', incorporating feedback from Kissner (listeners). It is a product packed with dedication, created through the segment 'Yes, this is the Hyogo Ingredient Maruten Development Room' on Kiss FM KOBE's 'Shakariki'. To use, simply mix it with julienned white leeks! Cut a block of pork belly into 1-2 cm widths, cook it, and then cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors! We recommend wrapping the meat and seasoning together in sanchu (lettuce). It features the umami of gochujang and miso, combined with the punch of garlic and sesame oil, resulting in a flavorful and mild taste.
