MARU Co., Ltd. will officially grand open its freshly baked imagawayaki specialty store "Tsuki no Usagi" on July 10, 2026 (Fri) on the 1st floor of Aeon Mall Nagakute.
While pre-sales have been ongoing in the area adjacent to Candyapple since mid-June at the Aeon Mall Nagakute store, we will officially commence full-scale operations as the freshly baked imagawayaki specialty store "Tsuki no Usagi" on July 10, 2026 (Fri).
Since its debut in Aichi Prefecture at mozo Wonder City, "Tsuki no Usagi" has welcomed a large number of customers right after opening, selling approximately 2,000 imagawayaki per day.
At the pre-sale store, there were days with waits of up to about 90 minutes, indicating strong customer satisfaction for freshly baked imagawayaki.
This Aeon Mall Nagakute store will be our second store in Aichi Prefecture, opened in response to such demand.
[Reason for Being Chosen by Many Customers: Balance of Red Bean Paste and Dough]
"Tsuki no Usagi" imagawayaki are freshly baked Japanese sweets that emphasize the balance between red bean paste and dough.
We use 100% Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans, focusing on their flavor, aroma, and texture. The red bean paste is simmered to achieve a refined sweetness that brings out the natural taste of the beans, and it is additive-free and fragrance-free.
At "Tsuki no Usagi," we generously fill each imagawayaki with red bean paste and bake them with care.
