"A Space to Enjoy the World of Picture Books" - First EHONS Store in Tohoku Region, "EHONS SENDAI," Opens

Maruzen Junkudo Bookstores, Inc. will open "EHONS SENDAI," a permanent shop-in-shop that plans and sells merchandise and books based on the world of picture books, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The new store will be located inside the Maruzen Sendai AER store in Aoba-ku, Sendai. Starting with "EHONS TOKYO" in October 2021, the brand has expanded to eight locations, making "EHONS SENDAI" the ninth in the country and the first in the Tohoku region. Based on the concept of "a space to enjoy the world of picture books," the store will offer a variety of goods, including original items. An opening campaign will offer a special sticker to customers who spend over 2,200 yen.
