In a rapidly evolving business landscape, promoting 'diversity of knowledge and experience' is essential for sustainable corporate growth. Incorporating diverse perspectives into decision-making is crucial for driving innovation, making the advancement of women a key management strategy. However, many companies still face challenges in developing management candidates, building leadership confidence, and supporting career growth.

Against this background, MBK Wellness's Cicom Brains division will launch the 'Leadership Empowerment Program for Women' starting July 1, 2026. This six-month program consists of five in-person public sessions and three one-hour online follow-up sessions, designed to foster behavioral change.

A key feature of this program is learning in a 'women-only' setting. This creates a safe environment where participants can share experiences, reflect, and discover their own unique strengths as leaders. Participants will learn practical managerial skills such as decision-making, staff development, and negotiation/coordination through role-playing and workshops. Furthermore, interactions with participants from various industries and professions will help broaden perspectives on career paths.

Currently, a campaign offers a 10% discount for new corporate enrollments, reducing the price from 242,000 yen to 217,800 yen (including tax). The deadline for applications is June 5, 2026. The program includes five main sessions and three follow-up sessions, conducted in a hybrid format (in-person and online). The company is encouraging businesses to enroll their employees to cultivate the female leaders of the future.
