MC3 Co., Ltd. announces that Asanuma Gumi Co., Ltd. has decided to adopt the 'Construction Site Series,' anchored by 'Green Site,' as its unified DX platform for all construction projects. As part of this transition, Asanuma Gumi will gradually migrate its inter-work coordination system to 'Worksite,' a construction management service, while implementing 'Skill Map Site,' a service for managing proprietary certifications, across all worksites.
Previously, Asanuma Gumi utilized multiple DX services, leading to serious challenges such as data fragmentation, inefficient workflows caused by fragmented processes, and increased operational burdens on subcontractors who had to manage several systems. To resolve these issues and fulfill the 'strengthening of domestic core businesses' theme outlined in its medium-term three-year plan, the decision was made to unify all DX services under the Construction Site Series, using Green Site—already in use for labor and safety document management—as the core.
The selection is based on three main factors. First, overwhelming support from subcontractors. An internal survey revealed that the majority of partners preferred the Construction Site Series, favoring it because it minimizes operational disruption and training costs compared to introducing new, unfamiliar systems. Second, the achievement of true data unification. Green Site provides accurate corporate and skilled worker information, which is seamlessly shared across Worksite and Skill Map Site. This eliminates double-entry and synchronizes data inherently, rather than relying on API-based piecemeal integration. Third, the potential of the platform. Asanuma Gumi has high expectations for the platform's evolution, including upcoming AI-driven document checks and a smartphone application for skilled workers, viewing the partnership as a long-term investment in industry-wide problem solving.
Asanuma Gumi aims to achieve full deployment across all sites by the end of the 2026 fiscal year. MC3 will provide comprehensive support, from planning the implementation to maximizing operational efficiency. This collaboration represents the core of Asanuma Gumi's DX strategy, aiming not only for immediate efficiency but also for the long-term advancement of construction operations through digital innovation.
