Medcom Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasuyuki Sato; hereinafter "the Company") announced that on March 30, 2026, it filed a lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court seeking an injunction against the manufacture, sale, and use of products related to Recomot Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter "Recomot") "moconavi" service, as well as disposal and damages, alleging that the service infringes on the Company's patent rights (Patent No. 7320800).
