The company has decided to change the contents of its shareholder benefit program as follows. This change aims to enhance the convenience for shareholders. The benefit item will be changed from the traditional "QUO Card" to "Digital Gift®" provided by Digital Plus Inc. (Securities Code: 3691). This new system will be applied from the shareholder benefit program with a record date of May 31, 2026. The benefits will be equivalent to the previous system, with amounts of 1,000 yen, 1,500 yen, 2,000 yen, and 5,000 yen depending on the number of shares held and the holding period. Digital Gift® allows shareholders to choose their preferred benefit from various options, including Amazon Gift Cards, PayPay, Rakuten Points, d Points, auPAY, and nanaco Points. The costs associated with this change have been incorporated into the performance forecasts of the "Medium-Term Management Plan" announced on August 28, 2025.
