Mediphone, Inc., which provides remote medical interpretation for medical institutions and supports corporate health management, has launched an engineer recruitment page to strengthen its engineering organization in the AI era. The key concept of this recruitment page is 'Product Mind x Technology.' In Mediphone's engineering organization, while 'possessing high technical skills' is a prerequisite, we place great importance on 'what the technology is used for.' In creating this page, we organized the challenges and needs extracted from interviews with engineers currently working here, and structured the information into six stages according to the candidate's consideration phase.
