Chinese Restaurant Kobe Kochuten will launch a new weekend and holiday-exclusive lunch course starting June 6, 2026. The 'Kohaku Course,' priced at 4,000 yen per person, features premium ingredients like Kesennuma shark fin, seasonal seafood, and beef, offering a 'small luxury in everyday life.' The menu includes Crab Meat Shark Fin Soup and Stir-fried Beef with Oyster Sauce. To accommodate varying needs, the restaurant is also restructuring its lunch offerings to provide a special lineup on weekends and an everyday lineup on weekdays.
