Laguna Garden Hotel (Ginowan City, Okinawa; operated by Laguna Garden Hotel Co., Ltd.) will launch its new summer menu at the Japanese restaurant "Waryu Dining An-non."

The summer lineup features "Domestic Eel Hitsumabushi," allowing guests to enjoy fragrant grilled domestic eel in various styles. Additionally, the "Chubar Kaiseki"—named after the Okinawan word for a "strong person"—features stamina-boosting dishes such as domestic Wagyu steak, seasonal pike conger (Hamo) sashimi, and rice cooked in a clay pot with Japanese pepper (Sancho).

From July 18 to August 31, guests ordering specific menus can also enjoy a self-service buffet of three Okinawa staples: Sea Grapes (Umi-budou), Peanut Tofu (Jimami Tofu), and Mozuku seaweed. These dishes serve as excellent accompaniments to the main meal or as appetizers for beer and sake.

[Domestic Eel Hitsumabushi (June 1 – August 31)] This dish features domestically sourced eel grilled to a fragrant perfection. Guests are encouraged to enjoy it in three stages: first, savor the natural flavor of the eel; second, add condiments for a different aroma; and finally, pour dashi broth over it for a refreshing finish. Price: ¥6,500 (incl. tax).

[Chubar Kaiseki (June 1 – August 31)] In Okinawan dialect, "Chubar" refers to someone strong or a champion. This course is designed to provide stamina for the summer heat with a balance of meat and seafood. Price: ¥8,000 (incl. tax).
