French jewelry maison Mellerio, founded in 1613, presents the wedding ring collection 'Anel' for the June bride season. 'Anel' is a collection inspired by the anecdote of French King Louis IX and Queen Marguerite de Provence. In 1234, King Louis IX engraved the following words in old French on the ring he gave to the Queen: 'Hors cest annel point n'ay d'amour' ('Outside this ring there is no love'). Mellerio presented the memories of 'Anel' inherited by Louis IX as a ring in 1895. It was later revived in the modern day in 2007 by the 14th generation, Olivier Mellerio. The collection offers various materials such as PT950, K18 yellow gold, and K18 pink gold, with options for simple designs and different widths.
