Background Currently, the company manages the VTuber group 'Aslla beStar' (commonly known as 'Asurabi'), supporting talents by leveraging their individuality and skills.

However, the company recognizes the unique appeal of VTubers working as a group, where relationships between members, projects, and the culture itself become content.

'Yonjohan Project' is a new VTuber initiative focused on members sharing a cohesive worldview and collaboratively creating the atmosphere and content of the group.

Features of the Audition [1] Agency Support for Debut The agency will provide character models for successful candidates to work as VTubers. Operations will also support preparations and environment setup for the start of activities.

[2] Group Project of 4 Members The 4 successful applicants will start activities as group members. While respecting each member's individuality and activity policy, they will participate in group activities such as collaborative streams and joint projects.

[3] Agency Activity Support The compensation model is fixed salary plus revenue share, with an operational support system in place to ensure peace of mind from the beginning of their debut. Details of compensation and activity conditions will be provided individually during the selection process.
