Joint Statement Issued in Cooperation with Southeast Asian Capitals -TOKYO-SEADS Concludes-

To strengthen cooperation with the Southeast Asian region, which is geographically close and active in cultural and economic exchanges, Tokyo hosted the inaugural dialogue with leaders from the capitals of Tokyo and Southeast Asian countries (Tokyo-Southeast Asia Capitals Dialogue for Sustainability, abbreviated as TOKYO-SEADS). Discussions focused on the theme of 'Measures against wind and flood damage and urban infrastructure development,' involving the sharing of knowledge and exchange of opinions, and a joint statement was issued to promote practical initiatives.
