Mi-labo Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuya Tanigawa), a developer of services for local governments, announced the implementation of its 'mila-e Oyako Techo' (Parent-Child Handbook) app and 'mila-e Yoyaku' (Booking) service in Kanonji City, Kagawa Prefecture, effective June 1, 2026.

Kanonji City has been providing the 'Kanonji City Parenting App Hapi-iku' since 2025, based on Mi-labo's technology. To further enhance 'accompaniment-style consultation support' for parenting families, the city has renewed the base app to 'mila-e Oyako Techo' and introduced the 'mila-e Yoyaku' service to expand functionality.

'mila-e Oyako Techo' introduces 'Myna Portal integration,' allowing vaccination records to be displayed automatically in the app without manual entry. By linking the handbook app with the booking service, users can receive push notifications from the city and seamlessly transition to booking parenting classes or consultations. This digital approach eliminates the need for phone bookings during office hours, significantly reducing the burden on families.
