◎Background of the Project: Solving Administrative Burden in Disability Welfare Sites with AI

In disability welfare facilities, staff are overwhelmed with enormous administrative tasks such as creating work shifts, support records, and billing, leading to a chronic shortage of time that should be dedicated to user support.

In this project, "ProMaru," which utilizes AI, will be implemented in disability welfare facilities within Ehime Prefecture to create more support time through the automation of administrative tasks and to visualize and improve facility management. Based on the demonstration in Ehime, we will build a model for nationwide expansion to disability welfare facilities.

Project Initiatives

1 AI Automation of Administrative Tasks Significantly reduce administrative time for on-site staff through automatic generation of work shift schedules and change requests, and input completion for support records.

2 Improvement in the Quality of User Support Aim to improve outcome indicators such as user retention rate and wage increase rate by allocating the time saved by staff to direct support with users.

3 Visualization of Management Improvement Data Provide an environment where facility managers can make data-driven management decisions by visualizing operational status, subsidy acquisition status, and profitability on a dashboard.
