Takara Leben, a group company of MIRARTH Holdings, held a media event on June 4 for the 'MIRARESI' system and its first equipped property, 'Leben Hikari-ga-oka GLOW GARDEN,' at the Leben Salon Ikebukuro Proposal End.
The property is an 8-story, 77-unit residence consisting of two buildings, located a 14-minute walk from Hikari-ga-oka Station on the Toei Oedo Line. It is the first in Japan to feature Takara Leben's proprietary disaster prevention condominium system, 'MIRARESI,' which is equipped with solar power generation and battery storage.
Designed to address the shortage of shelters in large cities, 'MIRARESI' is specialized for 'stay-at-home' evacuation. By linking solar panels with battery storage, it keeps water supply pumps running even during power outages. Additionally, it comes standard with the 'MIRARESI Mission Card,' which provides action guidelines for gradual initial response during emergencies, and the 'Disaster Prevention Gift Subscription,' supporting 10 years of rotating stockpile management for every household.
This initiative has received the Minister of State for Disaster Management Award at the 12th Japan Resilience Awards.
