(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / President & CEO: Norihiko Yoshimura), engaged in real estate acquisition and resale as well as rental operations, have completed their name changes※1 and launched under a new corporate structure.

Our new name reflects our strong determination to combine our accumulated expertise in new condominiums with Japan's vast existing housing stock, approaching this business with passion—'Zest.' Going forward, we will leverage the group's comprehensive strengths and procurement advantages to accelerate 'creating new value for existing homes' beyond simple buying and selling, focusing on the acquisition and resale of used condominiums. We aim to accurately meet diverse customer housing needs and pass on high-quality homes to the next generation. We will unite as one company to advance toward realizing our vision—'Sumai Ru Company!'—where all stakeholders smile through housing revitalization.
