MIRROR FIT. (CEO: Hao Huang) has introduced a new content series titled 'Saboness' (can-skip fitness) for its smart mirror training service, effective May 27, 2026.

While the fitness market has long emphasized the importance of daily habits and consistency, many users feel significant pressure to adhere to such routines. This series targets those who are motivated to exercise but feel hindered by the expectation of perfection, creating a system that allows users to return even after taking breaks.

'Saboness' consists of 5-10 minute sessions that can be performed 2-3 times a week. The core feature is the inclusion of 'break motions,' allowing users to adjust the intensity themselves. Trainers intentionally use encouraging language such as, 'This is enough for today,' and 'It's okay not to do it on some days,' to lower psychological barriers.

The program is presented by yoga instructor Mai, who uses a communication style aimed at helping beginners feel comfortable. Mirror Fit stated that their goal is not just to provide high-level training environments but to develop fitness services that support those who struggle to maintain habits.
