(CEO: Masami Kitagawa), which specializes in urban and regional regeneration project management, has been contracted for project management services for the following property (hereinafter referred to as 'the Property'), acquired by Mitsubishi HC Capital Realty Co., Ltd. (President: Itsuo Wako; hereinafter referred to as 'Mitsubishi HC Capital Realty'), a group company of Mitsubishi HC Capital, Inc. (President & CEO: Daiki KUI; hereinafter referred to as 'Mitsubishi HC Capital'). This is the first project contract for Literam since its establishment.

Furthermore, this project prioritizes the circular economy, considering environmental impact compared to scrap-and-build, and contributes to the realization of a sustainable society by creating new value for real estate and communities.
