The 2027 final will take place on January 24th and 25th, 2027, at the Sirha international catering and food industry exhibition in Lyon. It will feature 24 national representatives who have advanced through regional qualifiers from five global zones, including the Asia-Pacific.
Ahead of this summer's Asia-Pacific qualifiers, a press conference organized by Bocuse d'Or Japan will be held on June 25th at HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO. Special guests Rasmus Kofoed, Daniel Calvert, and Kenichiro Sekiya will attend, and Chef Asano will share his determination to take on the world's most prestigious culinary competition.
