Japan's First Permanent 'playground+' Facility 'Mitz Kanazawa' to Open on May 30, 2026

An experiential complex named 'Mitz Kanazawa' is set to open on May 30, 2026, just a 4-minute walk from JR Kanazawa Station's west exit. A collaborative effort by the JR West Group, Urban Asset Placemakers, and Asu Motor Co., the facility aims to be a new community hub integrating food, play, and travel. It will feature 'N3W' food trailers, Japan's first permanent 'playground+' interactive space, and 'CANBASe' camper van rentals. A grand opening event will feature local musical performances and special guest DJ Yatsui Ichiro.
