Miyata Gakuen School Corporation to Hold Entrance Ceremony for the International Contribution Professional College

The Miyata Gakuen School Corporation will hold an entrance ceremony for its vocational school, the 'International Contribution Professional College,' on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. The college will welcome 562 new students who will take their first steps toward their respective dreams.

On the day of the ceremony, various individuals involved with the school, as well as those who support the students, are scheduled to attend as guests.

Main Points of the Entrance Ceremony

### [All new students are international students (Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka)] Attracted by the charm of Japan, they enrolled in our college with the goal of working in Japan.

At our college, they will learn the IT technical skills required in a global society, as well as the manners and 'spirit of hospitality' necessary for the hotel, tourism, and service industries. Furthermore, based on Miyata Gakuen's educational policy, they will deeply study traditional Japanese culture and the values deeply rooted in Japanese society, such as 'gratitude' and 'respect.'

This year, 12 new students have enrolled as third-year transfer students, and those who complete the four-year program will be awarded the title of 'Advanced Diploma,' and are expected to excel as human resources with advanced expertise.

In addition, this academic year, aiming to accommodate the increase in enrollments and realize a better educational environment, we are deploying our education through a two-campus system: Ohashi Campus and Tamagawa Campus. Through this, we will nurture human resources who value tradition and courtesy, and can thrive in their employment in Japan with a heart of gratitude and respect.

### [New Students' Oath and Encouragement from Seniors - The First Step Towards the Future] At this year's entrance ceremony, three representatives of the incoming students (from Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka) will take the stage to state their respective resolves as the 'Words of Oath.'

Also, for the 'Words of Welcome,' a current student from Nepal will give a speech representing the student body.

Our college's curriculum is structured with practical content simulating actual business environments, aiming for qualifications such as the Global Human Resources Business Practice Certification and the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 (highest level), resulting in significant improvements not only in Japanese language ability but also in business skills.

The new students are expected to further increase their motivation to learn by witnessing the seniors who have already made efforts and achieved results. There is a hope that through learning at our college, each individual will grow and connect it to success in Japan.

Furthermore, in April 2025, we established a new department for Japanese students, the 'Glocal Business Department.'
