ZENB Launches New 'Coffee Glazed' and 'Lemon Glazed' Flavors for Gluten-Free 'ZENB Baked Donuts'

ZENB JAPAN, a member of the Mitsukan Group, is launching new 'Coffee Glazed' and 'Lemon Glazed' items for its 'ZENB Baked Donut' series on June 10, 2026. These gluten-free donuts, made without wheat flour and utilizing whole yellow peas, will be available on the official ZENB website and other major e-commerce platforms.

'ZENB Baked Donuts' are produced without wheat flour, utilizing the entirety of yellow peas including their skins, and do not contain animal products such as eggs or milk. They have gained popularity among health-conscious individuals and those seeking gluten-free options.

The new varieties are coated in a glaze made from beet sugar, providing a crunchy texture that contrasts with the moist, chewy dough. Each donut contains fewer than 158 kcal and features 23% less sugar compared to standard cake donuts, while also being rich in iron, potassium, and dietary fiber.

They have a shelf life of 120 days from production and can be stored at room temperature, making them convenient for stocking.
