Yuzu-An Summer Limited Menu Launches June 9! Featuring 'Toro Trio' and New 'Mala Tang' Soup Base

Monogatari Corporation (Headquarters: Toyohashi, Aichi; President: Hisayuki Kato) announced that its 'Sushi & Shabu-Shabu Yuzu-An' chain, with 115 locations nationwide, will offer a summer limited-time menu from Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to early September.

This summer's highlights include the 'Toro San-kan Mori' (Trio of Fatty Sushi: Medium Fatty Tuna, Kuroge Wagyu Beef, and Albacore Tuna) and the 'Seared Fatty Eel Sushi' (Aburi Toro Unagi). For the shabu-shabu base, a new 'Beef Bone Spicy Mala Tang Base' has been introduced, featuring seven types of spices blended into a rich beef bone broth. The dessert menu features refreshing items like the 'Setouchi Lemon Cream Cheese Ice Daifuku.'

Summer Limited Menu Details (Prices incl. tax) - Toro San-kan Mori (539 JPY): A luxurious plate featuring rich Medium Fatty Tuna, melt-in-your-mouth Kuroge Wagyu, and chewy Albacore Tuna. - Seared Fatty Eel Sushi (319 JPY): Selecting only the fatty belly portions for a premium experience. - Beef Bone Spicy Mala Tang Base: A deep-flavored soup base combining long-simmered beef bone broth with a precise blend of seven spices. - Setouchi Lemon Cream Cheese Ice Daifuku (352 JPY): A soft rice cake filled with fragrant lemon-flavored cream cheese ice cream.
