Mori Trust Co., Ltd. is collaborating with Miyagi Agricultural High School and The Westin Sendai at Sendai Trust City to plan and sell bread featuring ingredients raised by high school students. The planned products will be sold at the "Bread and Sweets Marche 2026" held on June 5th (Fri) and 6th (Sat). This project is part of the area management activities at Sendai Trust City. Mori Trust has maintained a strong connection with the Sendai area through cross-company events, participation in local summer festivals, and reconstruction support projects following the Great East Japan Earthquake. To further develop these efforts, the company aims to create opportunities for children, who represent the future of the region, to apply their daily learning and experiences in the real world using the company's facilities and network. In this project, the process from the processing of "Hyapparyoran" eggs raised by students at Miyagi Agricultural High School to the final product reaching customers will be carried out with the cooperation of The Westin Sendai. Two types of products will be sold in limited quantities: "Crispy! Chewy! Juicy! French Toast" and "Brioche for a Little Hunger." Students were involved in product planning, prototyping, naming, and designing promotional tools such as stickers. This creates an opportunity to connect classroom learning to the real world and visualize learning outcomes. The products will be sold at The Westin Sendai booth during the "Bread and Sweets Marche 2026" on June 5th and 6th. Students from Miyagi Agricultural High School are scheduled to sell the products at the venue.
