The Kamiyacho Neighborhood Association and Mori Trust Co., Ltd. will hold "Kamiyacho Summer Festa," a new area event through collaboration between companies and organizations, by evolving the traditional local event "Kamiyacho Mogi-ten." This event will be held as a "participatory summer festival" that can be enjoyed throughout the Kamiyacho area, with the aim of revitalizing the local community and fostering interaction among companies, workers, and their families.

Based on the traditional local event "Kamiyacho Mogi-ten," which has been rooted in the community, the Kamiyacho Neighborhood Association and Mori Trust will collaborate with companies and organizations based in the Kamiyacho area to hold a new summer exchange event, "Kamiyacho Summer Festa," starting this fiscal year. "Kamiyacho Mogi-ten" has long been cherished as a place for local residents to interact and has been an important event that has woven together Kamiyacho's history and culture. This initiative aims to pass on local culture to the next generation through collaboration between the neighborhood association and companies, while also contributing to the local community and further revitalizing the community. By involving a diverse range of participants, centered around local residents, we will evolve it into a more public-oriented, urban summer festival while preserving tradition.

On the day of the event, a variety of content including music, food, and workshops are planned. In the outdoor plaza, a stage will be set up where you can enjoy band performances by companies and organizations located in the Kamiyacho area, allowing you to experience the summer festivities while relaxing with food and drinks. Additionally, we will offer a stall experience for children and workshops that can be linked to summer vacation research projects. We will provide content that balances learning and play, such as experiential content themed around the fusion of nature and AI, and workshops by companies.

Furthermore, in the "Kamiyacho Mogi-ten" stall area run by the Kamiyacho Neighborhood Association, we will offer traditional summer festival entertainment such as shooting games and yo-yo fishing, in addition to food and drinks like yakisoba and shaved ice, creating the lively atmosphere of a traditional summer festival.

Through this event, we aim to foster a community where people involved with Kamiyacho can connect, interact, and feel a sense of pride. The Kamiyacho Neighborhood Association and Mori Trust will continue to work towards sustainable area value improvement by integrating the community and companies.
