MS-NEXT Inc. (Headquarters: Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto; Representative: Shiro Ueshima) will host a special collaboration event for three days only, from August 19 (Wed), 20 (Thu), and 21 (Fri), 2026, at MOKU ISESHIMA (Location: 4442 Wagu, Shima-cho, Shima City, Mie Prefecture, 517-0703), operated by Zen Inc., featuring Masato Owari, the owner of Kyoto's renowned restaurant "Gion Owari".

This event will feature a special three-day limited course curated by Masato Owari, owner of Kyoto's "Gion Owari." Guests can savor each dish, meticulously prepared by Mr. Owari, whose culinary philosophy is "master the classics, and keep creations simple," at MOKU ISESHIMA, nestled in the serene natural beauty of Ise-Shima.

Furthermore, a "Dinner & Stay Plan," combining a special dinner with accommodation, will be available for one group per day. This plan allows guests to seamlessly transition from the lingering flavors of the meal to a luxurious stay, experiencing the unique charm of an auberge. We will deliver a special moment, available only for these three days, where the aesthetic of Japanese cuisine, cultivated in Kyoto's Gion, resonates with the tranquil time spent in Ise-Shima.

About MOKU ISESHIMA

"MOKU ISESHIMA," located on Ago Bay in Shima City, Mie Prefecture, opened in 2022 as Japan's first auberge offering sushi within a national park. Access is by boat or helicopter only. The concept is "Kandan Jichi" (冷暖自知), a Zen phrase that uses the example of "knowing the temperature of water by putting your hand in it" to explain self-awareness. MOKU ISESHIMA is filled with experiences that can only be understood through direct engagement, from the subtle variations in greenery to the flavors.
