Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Station Launches 'LAVAROCK Tokyo Beef High-Stack Burger'

Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Station (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Nobuaki Arayama) will launch the 'LAVAROCK Tokyo Beef High-Stack Burger,' a luxurious burger featuring Tokyo Beef sirloin, at the hotel's first-floor 'DINING & BAR LAVAROCK' from June 1 (Mon) to August 31 (Mon), 2026. As a dish to boldly enjoy the bounty of Tokyo, we have prepared a high-stack burger with a presence of about 20cm in height. The star is 200g of Tokyo Beef sirloin, known as the 'phantom Kuroge Wagyu,' grilled aromatically and sandwiched in a bun. The voluminous onion rings are complemented by lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, while the umami of bacon and the richness of avocado are layered in. Furthermore, wasabi mayonnaise tightens the overall taste, finishing it into a flavor that you won't get tired of until the end. This satisfying plate, served with French fries, is also recommended for dinner scenes to share.
