Shosen Corporation has announced the reissue of Tracy Chevalier's historical novel 'The Lady and the Unicorn' (translated by Tetsuo Kinoshita), originally published by Hakusuisha. This release is the 6th installment of the third season of their popular reprint project, 'Shosen and, 10 Books', which brings out-of-print masterpieces back to readers at fair prices. The story is an engaging historical fiction centered around the creation of the famous medieval tapestries. The standard edition is priced at 2,200 yen, while a special set including an acrylic stand is available for 3,300 yen. Pre-orders begin on May 14, 2026, with the official release expected in mid-July 2026.
