Event 'aninight presents #AsanagiObiBirthdayFestival2026' to be held at Animate Ikebukuro Main Store!

A new form of entertainment space where various works and music presented by Animate fuse together is born! Animate, known as a sacred place for anime goods during the day, transforms! 'Aninight' is born, an all-genre space where entertainment fans gather at night to deeply enjoy anime culture through soundtracks, songs by voice actors, and anime songs. 'aninight presents #AsanagiObiBirthdayFestival 2026' is an event to celebrate the birthday of Obi Asanagi from Ikebukuro Denonbu. Both day and night performances will feature Aika Wakuno (as Obi Asanagi), Mao Yabuki (as Retsuga Miyaga), and Sanso Nakamura (as Temari Shizurasa) from Ikebukuro Denonbu. Through character songs and talk sessions, fans can experience the unique world of Ikebukuro Denonbu at the Animate Theater. The day session will feature guest appearances by Luna Suisei, Uru Inugami, and Ruru Inugami from 'Nakano Denno from Denonbu'. The night session will feature 'Ma'Scar'Piece' as guests, along with a live painting session by kojipero, the character designer for Ikebukuro Denonbu. Advance tickets are now on sale.
