60 Years Since "Ultraman" Aired: This Year's Kanda Curry Grand Prix to Collaborate with "Ultraman Series"!! Kanda Town Will Be Hot! Ignited!! Held from August 1 (Sat) to December 20 (Sun)!!

The "Kanda Curry Grand Prix 2026" is an event held in the area centered around Kanda, Chiyoda Ward, and consists of a "Kanda Curry Town Eat-and-Walk Stamp Rally" where participants can enjoy curry from participating stores, and a "Kanda Curry Grand Prix Finals" where the grand prix is decided by visitor votes.

This year's stamp rally will be held from August 1 (Sat) to December 20 (Sun), and the Grand Prix Finals will be held from October 31 (Sat) to November 1 (Sun).

This year, we are realizing a special collaboration with the commemorative 60th anniversary of the Ultraman Series! Ultraman heroes will liven up the participating curry shops and stamp rally spots.

Novelty prizes will feature a grand gathering of heroes representing the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras!!

At the curry grand prix participating stores, the first 250 customers at each store will receive a novelty prize designed with 16 Ultraman heroes representing the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras. There are a total of 32 types of novelty prizes, distributed randomly. While passionately eating your way through curry, encounter the heroes you were obsessed with back then!

Red curry inspired by Ultraman!?

And this year, in commemoration of this collaboration, we have developed an original retort curry from scratch with the "36 Chambers of Spice," a maverick in the retort curry development world!

We have created a red keema curry that can be enjoyed by everyone from children to adults. This retort curry also contains a random assortment of the 32 types of novelty prizes distributed at the participating stores of the Curry Grand Prix.

The original curry will be available for purchase starting August 1 (Sat) at Shosen Grande, Shosen Book Tower, Shosen Online, and Horindo Bookstore Takadanobaba store.

In past "Kanda Curry Grand Prix" events, collaborations with "Fist of the North Star," "Kinnikuman," and "Super Sentai Series" were met with tremendous response. More customers than expected were delighted, and the cards distributed at each store were sold out early at some locations. Furthermore, the display of banners and sale of original curry at two Shosen stores were covered by multiple media outlets, becoming a hot topic.

To keep the "passion" of this event alive and convey it to an even wider audience, the "Ultraman Series," which is celebrating its 60th anniversary, was the first thing that came to mind when considering a new collaboration. Every generation of customers visiting the Kanda Curry Grand Prix must have an Ultraman hero they watched in their youth hidden in their hearts! Furthermore, with the start of the new TV series "Ultraman Teo" on July 4, 2026 (Sat), and the "Ultra Heroes EXPO 2026 Summer Festival" being held from July 18, 2026 (Sat) to August 24 (Mon) at Sunshine City, Ikebukuro, please enjoy the Kanda Curry Grand Prix collaboration with the exciting Ultraman Series.
