MVibes Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Norio Yoshijima) announces that it acquired land (approximately 26 tsubo) for urban boutique hotel development in Higashi, Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, through its invested SPC at the end of January 2026. Regarding the development plan for this hotel, discussions are underway with unique operation partners who are well-versed in the world's cutting-edge lifestyle businesses and are developing various hospitality-related businesses in Japan. We aim to provide a Japan-originated lifestyle hotel that matches the regional characteristics and culture of the Shibuya-Ebisu area. We will announce further details once they are finalized. This planned site boasts excellent transportation convenience, being a 6-minute walk from JR "Ebisu" Station and within walking distance of JR "Shibuya" Station, and also faces Meiji-dori, providing a very good access environment, especially for tourists. It is located in a vibrant area where various restaurants and commercial facilities are concentrated, making it an attractive place that draws both domestic and international tourists and diverse people who enjoy urban entertainment.
