Mynavi Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & CEO: Shunsuke Awai), in collaboration with NPO Kigyō Kyōiku Kenkyūkai (Chiba Prefecture), has developed an original card game educational material called 'Career Encyclopedia through Card Games' for career education. They have been offering free outreach classes in junior high schools nationwide since July 2024. To date, these classes have been held in 117 schools across 45 prefectures, with 10,293 junior high school students participating.

This initiative aims to broaden junior high students' perspectives on career choices and provide them with opportunities to proactively think about their future careers. Mynavi has set a goal to conduct these classes in all 47 prefectures by 2027.

Applications are now open for schools to host these classes between June and October 2026.

Background and Objectives of the Outreach Classes According to a survey by Mynavi*1, approximately 60% of first and second-year university students reported that they had not decided on their desired career path after graduation. Conversely, about 80% of those who had decided on their careers indicated that they had been conscious of their future careers since their high school years, highlighting the importance of early career education.

Based on this background, Mynavi is leveraging its accumulated expertise in human resources to foster junior high students' 'career planning abilities'.
