Survey on Solo Dining: Over 30% of People Living with Others Eat Different Dinner Menus

MyVoicecom conducted its 4th internet survey on 'Solo Dining' in April 2026 with 10,981 respondents. The results show that over 30% of those living with others eat different dinner menus, primarily due to varying food preferences (45.1%) and different life patterns or styles. Single-serving frozen pasta (24.6%) and individual side dish packs are popular choices among these solo diners, highlighting a growing trend towards personalized eating habits even within shared households.
