Nikon Sunwell Prime and Kawazu Town, Shizuoka Prefecture Conclude Agreement on Dispatch under "Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur System"

Nikon Sunwell Prime (NNP) (Headquarters: Yokohama City, President and CEO: Masahiko Yoshida, hereinafter "NNP") and Kawazu Town, Shizuoka Prefecture (Mayor: Yoshiki Okawa) are pleased to announce that they have concluded an agreement to dispatch personnel from NNP to Kawazu Town, utilizing the "Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur System" promoted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

Kawazu Town is located in the southern part of the Izu Peninsula and is famous as a scenic spot for its early-blooming Kawazu Cherry blossoms, blessed with hot springs, valleys, and fresh seafood. In fiscal year 2025, the town formulated the "Kawazu Town DX Promotion Plan" and is working to improve the convenience of administrative services by utilizing digital technology. Senior personnel from our company will participate in operations aligned with the "Kawazu Town DX Promotion Plan" as regional revitalization entrepreneurs.

NNP upholds the purpose of "Creating a society where people can continue to work and restoring Japan's affluence," aiming to contribute to society by leveraging the rich knowledge and experience of senior human resources. Moving forward, we will continue to respond to the needs for solving regional issues and expand opportunities for experienced senior employees to play an active role.

※"Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur System (Corporate Human Resource Dispatch System)" A regional public entity accepts employees from private companies located in major metropolitan areas for a certain period, and engages them in work that leads to the enhancement of local unique charm and value, leveraging their know-how and knowledge, thereby promoting regional revitalization.

1. Agreement Period From April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026 ※The contract is for six months, with the possibility of extension. The total dispatch period shall not exceed three years.

2. Initiatives based on the Agreement The following tasks to promote regional revitalization and local development in Kawazu Town, Shizuoka Prefecture: (1) Tasks related to strengthening regional DX (2) Tasks related to strengthening regional information dissemination (3) Tasks contributing to regional revitalization incorporating DX (4) Other tasks deemed necessary by Kawazu Town
