Hilton Nagoya (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; General Manager Ann Kang) will start offering two types of Korean shaved ice, 'Bingsu,' featuring a generous amount of carefully selected ripe fruits, starting Saturday, July 4, 2026, at the 1st floor 'Cafe 3-3 Artisan Sweets & Bakery.'
The 'Bingsu,' which received high acclaim during the Summer Sweets Buffet and Summer Afternoon Tea, will be introduced as a limited summer dine-in menu. This is a special dish unique to Hilton Nagoya, showcasing the natural appeal of the fruit as the main highlight.
'Miyazaki Mango Bingsu' uses mangoes from Miyazaki Prefecture that meet the standard of having a sugar content of 13 degrees or higher and weighing 310 grams or more. It features melting flesh and condensed sweetness, and adding the separately served passion fruit mango sauce creates a refreshing accent to the flavor.
'Shizuoka Musk Melon Bingsu' uses musk melons from Shizuoka Prefecture. Grown using the 'one tree, one fruit' cultivation method, the melon flesh combines juiciness with a rich aroma, leaving a refined aftertaste. The separately served melon sauce allows you to enjoy an even richer change in flavor.
For both types of Bingsu, the fruit flesh is piled so generously that the ice is not visible, maximizing the natural flavor of the fruit.
Korean shaved ice, 'Bingsu,' is made by flash-freezing the ingredients and shaving them just before serving, achieving a fine, powder-snow-like texture. You can enjoy the light melt-in the-mouth texture that gently dissolves the moment it enters your mouth. Vanilla ice cream is hidden inside the banana-milk flavored ice, allowing the flavor to change as you eat.
Combining visual gorgeousness with high-quality ingredients, this product is proposed as a perfect summer treat.
