Nagoya OJA (Operating Company: Nagoya Ohja Co., Ltd., Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Masahiro Katagiri), a professional esports team specializing in racing, participated in the "UNIZONE 2026 Rd.3," Japan's only JAF-certified e-motorsport league, held on June 27, 2026 (Sat).

The race was held in a "HOME&HOME" format where each team competed online from their home bases. Nagoya OJA competed from Commufa eSports Stadium NAGOYA. Due to the approach of Typhoon No. 7 and Typhoon No. 8, the Nagoya venue was held without spectators for the first time in history. Five sprint races and an exhibition race were held, featuring numerous thrilling matches.

Nagoya OJA will continue to leverage e-motorsports as a starting point to embody UNIZONE's vision of "challenging new mobility" and "fusion of real and virtual," dedicating all efforts to creating "new entertainment that captivates everyone" by combining motorsports and digital technology.

Overall Standings (As of the end of Rd.3)

*Standings are based on a valid points system.

【About the Valid Points System】

In the 2026 series, a valid points system will be used instead of accumulating points from all races.

- Out of the 5 races, the 4 races with the highest points earned will be considered for valid points.

- Points earned per round (total points earned in a round) will be considered for valid points, not per race.

Scene from the Nagoya Venue

This race took place under unusual circumstances, with no spectators and the absence of the undisputed champion, Sota Muto. However, drivers Hiroki Ishino and Yuki Okonogi delivered calm performances, fully demonstrating their skills. In individual rankings, Ishino secured 1st place overall, and Okonogi took 3rd place overall. These results proved the team's high level of strength, unwavering even under difficult conditions.

About UNIZONE

UNIZONE is an e-motorsport competition organized by JeMO, certified by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF), the governing body for motorsports in Japan.

It aims to build an ecosystem and competitive pyramid in e-motorsports, not only creating a new sports culture but also planning official leagues and grassroots activities that will widely attract not only existing motorsports and esports fans but also those who have had little interest in either. Through these activities, it aims to be a platform that conveys the wonder and enjoyment of automobiles and contributes to the development of future mobility.
