Hotel Winery Hill (Location: Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Satoshi Ashikawa) will host a casual dinner event titled "Chopsticks and Glass Mariage," featuring Japanese cuisine and wine, for three days from Monday, June 15 to Wednesday, June 17, 2026. With the concept of 'enjoying wine casually, without formality or strict rules,' the Japanese head chef has devised a Japanese kaiseki course. It begins with delicate and colorful appetizers that captivate the heart and evoke a sense of excitement from the very first dish. Please enjoy this special Japanese kaiseki course, guided by the chef's unique and interesting presentation, featuring 8 types of dishes generously incorporating local ingredients, paired with 7 types of Izu wines.

Nakaizu Winery Hills Overview

Nakaizu Winery Hills is divided into a "Winery Area" with vineyards and a wine factory, and a "Hotel Area" equipped with its own hot spring and sports facilities. The Winery Area also includes a ranch where horseback riding experiences are available and a chapel suitable for natural weddings. In the autumn of 2022, "Nakaizu EAST WINDS VILLAGE," a glamping facility where guests can stay with their dogs, was opened.
