Natori Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Tokyo, Chairman and President: Saburo Natori) will newly release "Katsu-oh W Sauce" and "Katsu-oh Hot Chili Flavor (Limited Time)" starting Monday, April 20th.

■ Development Background In recent years, the fried food category in the snack aisle has been expanding. Amidst a growing trend toward saving money due to price hikes caused by soaring raw material costs, products that offer a sense of volume and affordability are gaining support, increasing the demand for highly satisfying fried snacks. Additionally, the dagashi (cheap sweets/snacks) cutlet market has significantly increased its sales over the past few years, garnering continuous support. Given this background, we are launching "Katsu-oh W Sauce" and "Katsu-oh Hot Chili Flavor (Limited Time)," which achieve a size vastly larger than our currently available dagashi cutlet product, "Sauce Katsu" *1. We expressed the product characteristics of "large" and "rich" with the word "Oh" (King), creating a product that allows even adults to feel the "fun of dagashi" and instinctively want to pick it up.
