Nature Architects Inc. (CEO: Kai Sudo), a company specializing in vehicle development that integrates shape generation, high-speed simulation, and AI optimization, has jointly designed and manufactured two automotive prototypes applying Generative Engineering with Asano Co., Ltd.

These prototypes will be exhibited at the 'Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026 YOKOHAMA,' held at Pacifico Yokohama from May 27 (Wed) to May 29 (Fri), 2026, and at the 'Automotive Engineering Exposition 2026 NAGOYA,' held at Aichi Sky Expo from June 17 (Wed) to June 19 (Fri), 2026.

Background of the Exhibition In the automotive industry, structural optimization of vehicle components is critical for simultaneously achieving lightweighting, safety, and cost reduction. By combining Nature Architects' design approach based on Generative Engineering with Asano's extensive experience in automotive parts prototyping and manufacturing, the structural solutions derived have been realized as tangible prototypes.

About the Prototypes - **Integrated Press Structure with Bumper and Crash Box Functions** Designed and manufactured as an integrated press structure, replacing what were traditionally multiple components. It pursues lightweighting and reduction of part counts while maintaining collision performance. - **Innovative Crash Box Structure** Realizes the shape derived using Generative Engineering as a shock-absorbing structure, achieving a design that surpasses traditional engineering limits.
