[Eligible Applicants] SMEs with a business establishment in Chiba Prefecture where the subsidized project will be implemented (excluding deemed large enterprises).

[Eligible Expenses] Expenses necessary for equipment investment to improve productivity: 1. Costs for purchasing, manufacturing, or improving machinery and equipment. 2. Costs for purchasing or constructing specialized software and information systems. 3. Transportation or installation costs directly required for the introduction of #1 or #2 at the place of use.

[Subsidy Amount] - Maximum Amount: 30 million yen (Minimum 5 million yen) - Subsidy Rate: 1/2

[Requirements] - Increase added value (operating profit + labor costs + depreciation) by an annual average of 3% or more (9% over 3 years). - Increase labor productivity (added value divided by the number of regular employees) by an annual average of 1% or more (3% over 3 years). * Other requirements apply. ------------------
