[Application Period] Pre-consultation: Thursday, April 16, Reiwa 8 to Friday, May 29, Reiwa 8 Adoption application: Monday, May 11, Reiwa 8 to Friday, June 19, Reiwa 8

[Eligible Targets] SMEs that meet either of the following criteria: - Sales of 1 billion yen or more - 100 or more employees

[Application Requirements] It is necessary to formulate a plan to achieve the following standards over 5 years: - Annual average growth rate of labor productivity of 3% or more - Annual average growth rate of total payroll of 2% or more

[Eligible Projects] Productivity improvement, new product development, securing and training human resources, M&A and business succession, acceptance of foreign human resources, etc.

[Eligible Expenses] Advertising expenses, R&D expenses, machinery and equipment expenses, travel expenses, honorariums, etc.

[Subsidy Amount] Maximum amount: 15 million yen Subsidy rate: Within 1/2 of eligible expenses
