1. Background
In corporate back-office operations, despite ongoing digitalization, tasks such as data entry, content verification, and handling rejections during application, confirmation, and approval processes via business systems often burden employees. In departments such as finance, general affairs, and HR, multiple pieces of information must be accurately entered and verified, leading to rework due to input errors or omissions.
To date, our company has supported customers in advancing digital transformation (DX) in back-office operations by providing business efficiency solutions, along with implementing RPA and AI solutions.
This time, to create new solutions that further enhance productivity and user experience for customers, we have initiated verification on back-office efficiency using 'Tsunagi AI' (Note 1).

Tsunagi AI is a generative AI agent platform that connects people, business data, and AI to support enterprise operational optimization. With no-code or low-code mechanisms, even frontline staff without specialized IT skills can independently advance AI utilization tailored to their specific operations.
2. Verification Content
This verification aims to assess the feasibility of a system that uses 'Tsunagi AI' to support application procedures in business systems through conversational interaction with users.
Users will input information in natural language, such as 'Business trip from Tokyo Station to Osaka Station by Shinkansen,' 'Taking summer vacation on ○/○,' or 'Family childbirth scheduled on ○/○.'
The generative AI analyzes the input and converts it into the information required for application procedures in business systems. If required information or attachments are missing, the AI prompts the user to input or register the additional details.
This enables users to proceed with applications in a manner similar to everyday conversation, without needing to consider the structure of system interface fields.
Furthermore, we will verify the effects of improved application quality, reduced rejections, and shortened application time by preventing input errors and omissions.
3. Future Plans
Through this verification, we will evaluate the efficiency gains of application procedures using 'Tsunagi AI' and assess its feasibility for practical implementation. Based on the results, our company will develop new solutions, accelerate cross-selling and upselling to existing customers, expand to new customers, and promote market growth in the back-office support solution domain.
Additionally, beyond back-office operations, we will contribute to customer business transformation and productivity enhancement by providing services and solutions that realize operational efficiency and sophistication across various industries and sectors.
