Within the Needswell Group, as generative AI becomes increasingly integrated into society, the company believes that establishing management systems based on international standards is a corporate responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of AI. The group has proactively pursued AIMS certification. Moving forward, it will continue to strengthen AI governance and deliver reliable AI services.
1. Achievement of ISO/IEC 42001 (AIMS) Certification
While the adoption of generative AI continues to grow, the importance of managing AI-specific risks—such as data leakage, hallucinations (false responses), intellectual property considerations, and accountability—is also increasing.
To address these risks and enhance the appropriate use and governance of AI chatbot services, BO Studio has obtained certification under the international standard ISO/IEC 42001:2023 for AI Management Systems.
This certification is an internationally recognized standard by which a third-party body evaluates whether risk management, transparency, and governance frameworks are properly established and operated throughout the planning, development, and operation of AI systems. BO Studio will strengthen its management systems across the entire AI lifecycle to promote sustainable and trustworthy AI services.
