Recruitment Costs for Site Managers Rise in 60% of Companies, with Approx. 40% Exceeding '1 Million Yen'

The response for the average recruitment cost per site manager (estimated) showed that '50 to 990,000 yen' was the most common at 28.4%. On the other hand, 38.2% of companies responded '1 million yen or more,' indicating a surge in recruitment costs. Furthermore, when comparing recruitment costs to the previous year (2024), 57.9% responded that costs had 'increased,' with more than half of companies experiencing a rise in recruitment expenses.
