Background of the Relocation

neoAI provides cutting-edge generative AI solutions to various industries that support Japan, including critical infrastructure sectors (finance, energy, transportation, etc.). With over 250 companies having adopted our services and our business expanding rapidly, our current office of about 70 seats has become too cramped. Therefore, we have decided to move to a new office equipped with 249 seats, an increase of more than three times.

This relocation marks the largest-ever investment for neoAI. We value the fact that everyone works face-to-face, believing that an office environment where members want to work 'long-term' rather than 'long hours' is the foundation of business growth. We aim for further business expansion by making WeWork—which combines high-grade facilities with a venture spirit—our new hub.

On April 23, 2026, at an event hosted by WeWork Japan, neoAI's Representative Director and CEO Chiba announced the headquarters relocation. Additionally, he took the stage in a panel discussion with WeWork Japan (WWJ Co., Ltd.) Representative Director, President & CEO Mr. Kumagai, JR Tokai Information Systems Director and Digital Strategy General Manager Mr. Ishikawa, and SoftBank Corp.
