Overview

neoAI Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shunsuke Chiba; hereinafter "the Company"), an AI startup originating from the University of Tokyo's Matsuo Laboratory, is pleased to announce the renewal of its corporate brand. We have established a new vision, "Accelerating Japan's Growth," and mission, "Intelligence for All Industries," and have refreshed our visual identity (VI), including our brand logo and brand colors.

Background of Corporate Brand Renewal

Since our founding, we have advocated for "bridging research and business at overwhelming speed," delivering cutting-edge AI technology cultivated at the University of Tokyo's Matsuo Laboratory to various industries, including critical infrastructure.

Currently, our organization has grown to over 100 employees. Towards the societal implementation of generative AI and AI agents, we are expanding our adoption and utilization, primarily in areas requiring high reliability, through both the provision of an "Intelligent Foundation" via our AI agent platform and "Applied Intelligence" through custom AI development and consulting. In June 2026, we will relocate our head office to the KDX Toranomon 1-chome Building and have accelerated our business growth, including the announcement of a capital and business alliance with Japan Post Bank.

At this turning point, to consistently communicate the future we aim for and our responsibility to society both internally and externally, we have newly established our vision and mission and refreshed our VI, including our brand logo and brand colors.

About the New Brand Logo

New Brand Logo "Purple Wing"

neoAI, with its vision of "Accelerating Japan's Growth," aims to build an "Intelligent Infrastructure" that supports Japan's competitiveness by delivering intelligence to all industries through the societal implementation of AI. To symbolize this philosophy, the brand logo is composed of an extremely simple form.

The symbol inherits the "bird" motif passed down since our founding, while being redefined as a "structure that delivers intelligence to society." The form, which extends forward expansively, embodies the progressiveness and will to lead Japanese industries.

The logotype is also designed with an expansive form that echoes the symbol. By fusing the presence of classical serifs with modern proportions, it symbolizes the reliability and universality of an AI company.

Purple is adopted as the brand color. Purple has been used since ancient times in the realms of royalty and academia, symbolizing intelligence, dignity, and authority. It represents our desire to be a company that possesses both the spirit of inquiry into cutting-edge technology and the responsibility of handling intelligence that forms the social infrastructure.

Under this new visual identity, "Purple Wing," neoAI will advance to the next stage as an intelligent infrastructure company accelerating Japan's growth.

As our name suggests, neoAI has been relentlessly pushing forward amidst the wave of generative AI that began in 2022, striving to provide "new AI" to the world.

However, from here on, rather than simply yielding to the changes of the times, we believe it is necessary for each member of neoAI to act with a mission and purpose, which led us to rebuild our vision, mission, approach, and visual identity.

We at neoAI will: Directly confront areas requiring high reliability through intelligent infrastructure and intelligence implementation. Implement intelligence in all industries within the AI revolution that will continue for the next 10 to 20 years. Build a company that can accelerate Japan's growth from a long-term perspective.
