New Playable Character 'Nagi, the White-Scaled Priestess' Arrives in Action RPG 'Mongil: STAR DIVE' – Ver.1.2 Update Details Also Revealed

Netmarble has launched an update for its latest action RPG 'Mongil: STAR DIVE' (developed by Netmarble Monster Inc.) for smartphones and PC, introducing the new playable character 'Nagi, the White-Scaled Priestess.'

Additionally, the company has announced multiple in-game events and provided a preview of the upcoming Ver.1.2 update.

'Nagi, the White-Scaled Priestess' is a charismatic leader of the snake-beast people and a key figure in the game's storyline. Believing her powers surpass those of 'Mina,' she engages in a narrative rivalry with her.

Nagi is a Wind-element Breaker who wields a fan as her weapon. She excels at launching enemies into the air and controlling the battlefield. Her ultimate skill, 'Descent of the Abyss,' summons flower buds to pull in enemies, then causes them to bloom simultaneously—dealing massive damage, launching foes into the air, and applying a 'Wind Resistance Down' effect.

To commemorate this update, Netmarble is hosting a three-week 'Nagi Summon Event' and a story event titled 'The Unworshipped Shall All Be Guilty,' where players can enjoy exclusive lore surrounding Nagi.

By completing missions and event dungeons, players can earn event-exclusive items to exchange for rewards such as summon tickets and character enhancement materials.

Additional events include 'Special Missions with Nagi' and the '7-Day Nagi Welcome Gift,' offering various rewards during the event period.

Ahead of the update, Netmarble Monster's development team hosted a developer roundtable on June 16. The livestream introduced Nagi and previewed upcoming content currently in development.

The Ver.1.2 update will introduce various quality-of-life improvements, including a 'Dispatch System' and customizable key mapping for the mobile version. The roundtable also revealed information about upcoming swimsuit-themed characters and future updates.
