New Cosmos Electric Announces Organizational Changes and Personnel Transfers

New Cosmos Electric Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; President and Representative Director: Yoshinori Takahashi) announced that it will implement the following organizational changes and personnel transfers effective April 1, 2026.

1. Organizational Changes

1) Establish a "Certification Department" within the Technology Development Division.

2) Divide the Technology Development Division, Product Development Department 1, into "Product Development Department 1" and "Product Development Department 4."

3) Divide the Technology Development Division, Product Development Department 2, into "Product Development Department 2" and "Product Development Department 3."

4) Establish a "Sales Headquarters" and place the "Sales Planning and Promotion Department, Living Sales Division, Industry Sales Division, Maintenance Department, East Japan Branch, Chubu Branch, West Japan Branch, and Overseas Division" under it.

Key Points of Organizational Changes

① Establishment of Sales Headquarters

Background: In recent years, the New Cosmos Electric Group has been actively establishing bases and expanding local sales networks in multiple regions such as Europe, the US, and Asia, leading to increased overseas business activities. There is a growing need to respond flexibly to customer inquiries, such as "overseas investment projects by domestic companies" and "domestic investment projects by overseas group companies," without distinguishing between domestic and international.

Purpose: To remove the barriers between domestic and international operations and conduct sales activities in a unified and swift manner, a new "Sales Headquarters" will be established.

② Establishment of Certification Department

Background: The burden of certification for products destined for overseas markets has increased, making it difficult to respond stably and swiftly with the conventional system. In addition, the expansion of product lineups for North America and the progress in hydrogen-related fields in the European market have increased the importance of certification and standard compliance.

Purpose: By professionally managing and promoting certification operations as a dedicated department, we will strengthen quality and compliance and improve reliability in overseas markets.
