Paradigm Shift IDNet work's Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Eiji Takasu) has been conducting 'visiting classes' at local elementary schools in Takatsuki City in FY2025 to cultivate children's ability to set their own questions and pave the way for the future. At this time, as a culmination of the one-year activity, we report on two practical cases: a results presentation at a business meeting of 'Social Issue Solving Presentations' at Takatsuki Municipal Iosumi Elementary School, and 'Career Education and Disaster Prevention Classes by Managers (Super Heroes)' at Takatsuki Municipal Kashida Elementary School. Our company aims for a society where children learn that 'entrepreneurship is also an option, not just employment,' and can be excited about their own infinite possibilities.

[Case 1] Iosumi Elementary School: 'Social Issue Solving Presentation' Born from a Year of Inquiry At Iosumi Elementary School, children learned the process of 'creating the future with their own hands' over the course of a year, rather than just a one-off class. ### Children Create a 'Company' Under the theme of 'Let's create a company to solve current social issues!', children formulated their own business plans. They delved into the essence of 'economic activity', such as how to raise money if needed, and who to target.

### Results Presentation in Front of 250 Active Managers The winning team that survived the intra-school selection took the stage at 'BBM (Big Business Meeting)', a business meeting where active managers gather, in February 2026. They confidently presented a business plan for a company that tackles the labor shortage problem of 2030 accompanying the declining birthrate and aging population, receiving loud applause from the adults. ### Changes in the School Field The teacher in charge commented, 'They learned the importance of setting questions themselves. Through the division of roles, it became a class where each child's individuality shone, such as children who are good at speaking and children who like making slides.'
